They donate part of the purchase to amazing causes. And they have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. When I bought one for my husband as a Christmas gift last year, I ordered the wrong size. They were super nice about it and sent out the one that I should have ordered immediately, and I think it might have arrived before I even got the “mistake” one in the mail, to send back to them!!
